Responsible

• Check and control the product quality Direct activities of the Foreman. Inspection of the section making sure that procedures are followed adequately and carried out effectively. Enforce the manufacturing specification, controls and procedure required by the different principals for each of the products. Control the physical security, storage, quality and quantity of bulk in process. Ensure the correctness of material issued by Weighing as to their names, codes, Control no, potency and weight. Maintain minimum manufacturing labor time through careful schedule of work and effective assigning of personnel. Follow up issuance of MO from Logistics. Co-ordinate with the Quality Control Department for the release of the processed bulk. Co-ordinate with the Weighing Section of the Issuance of raw materials required in the manufacturing work of the section. Maintains good housekeeping in the section. Check and control daily manufacturing performance reports. Enforce company policies particularly the policy on personnel discipline and security. Prepared discrepancy report on abnormalities encountered by the section. Train new employees in accordance with the training schedule of the section and maintain. Prepare and set up standard manufacturing procedures and line set up. Prepare weekly schedule for manufacturing of the section. Prepare and check work-in-process reports. Maintain in the machines or equipment in the section in good condition and cleanliness. Also establish log book to record any event or action occurred or done to them. Control and ensure the machines and/or equipment set up and adjustment if necessary in the section. Co-ordinate with the E&M Department for maintaining the machines and equipment in the section. Control and check the Daily weighing scales calibration. Maintain the proper record of machine/equipment lubrication. Co-ordinate with Logistics and weighing section for off-schedules and special request of the manufacturing. Regulate and maintain GMP in the section. Perform other job as may by assigned by Production Manager from time to time. Always contribute quality in every respect.
